Katharine McPhee just broke her own record! Last year, the Super Bowl commercial special that Katharine and Boomer Esiason hosted was the highest rated since 2010, but last night’s special delivered the highest ratings ever since the annual CBS show debuted back in 2001.

The Annual Super Bowl Week Special is Tuesdayโs Most-Watched and
Highest-Rated Program in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54SUPER BOWL GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2016, hosted by Boomer Esiason and Katharine McPhee, delivered its largest audience since the annual Super Bowl week special debuted in 2001, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Tuesday, Feb. 2.
From 8:00-10:00 PM, SUPER BOWL GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2016 averaged 11.39 million viewers, 2.0/06 in adults 18-49 and 2.9/08 in adults 25-54, sweeping both hours in viewers and key demos.
During the two-hour special, more than one million votes for best commercial were cast on CBS.com. In addition, across CBS.com and the CBS App, the Special experienced record traffic.
CBS won the night in viewers (10.08m), adults 18-49 (1.7/06) and adults 25-54 (2.5/07).
