Katharine McPhee heads back to the set of Scorpion next week to start shooting Season 3. In honor of that, Katharine posted a “flashback Friday” post on Instagram, showing off the email that started it all!

In the email, Katharine is sent the script and pitched on the CBS show. As we know, Katharine jumped at the opportunity, and is now going three seasons strong.

“#fbf with a 3rd season starting soon I thought you #Scorpion fans would like this… How quickly your life can change! #happyfriday,” she commented.
