ET caught up with Katharine McPhee last night at this year’s Vocal Star seminar in Hollywood. Katharine talked about her recent marriage to David Foster, and even teased some upcoming Smash news!

“It’s so fun to tease Smash because people just go crazy for it. There might be a little Smash news in the coming months. Maybe. Possibly,” Katharine teased.

“We’ve been away since we’ve been married, so not [yet], but I love it,” Katharine said about her new last name. “I just love the ring of it, so I’m enjoying it.”

“I’ve always liked the idea that it’s still a traditional thing that exists in our society,” she added. “I like the idea. I think it’s romantic and it’s a great last name.”
