A few weeks after returning to reprise her iconic rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” Katharine McPhee appeared one last time on the American Idol stage during the show’s two-hour series finale.

Kicking off a medley of acoustic ballads performed by various Idol alumni, Katharine was joined by Season 9 contestant Casey James to perform a lovely duet of Lady Antebellum’s hit “Need You Now.” Also featured in the medley were Clay Aiken, Jessica Sanchez, Ruben Studdard, and Amber Holcomb.
