On Monday November 13, Katharine McPhee and David Foster signed their album and exclusive Barnes & Noble Opaque Gold LP at Barnes & Noble Events The Grove before they headed over to the 2023 Grove Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration.

I had the incredible opportunity to meet David Foster, the music composer and producer who has had the greatest influence on my music taste, my love for music, and my passion. Since I was a young child, I have been listening to and singing songs that he wrote for my music idols as Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and many others. It was beyond my wildest dreams to imagine that one day I would be standing next to him, introducing myself as a singer from Kazakhstan, and expressing my gratitude for reposting our duet video. Meeting the legendary David Foster was truly a dream come true for me. Now, I can only hope that the next step will be performing together on a stage and creating a beautiful song. The album “Christmas Songs” and the performance that followed were amazing. Katharine has a beautiful and powerful voice, and her stage presence is very professional. They made me feel the Christmas spirit of the new year, for which I’m grateful.
