Katharine McPhee spent last week visiting radio stations on the east coast to promote her new single “Lick My Lips.”

With the September release of her new studio album ‘Hysteria’ still a few months away, Kat also began teasing a new track from the record called “Stranger Than Fiction” that she co-wrote with Ryan Tedder and Ali Tamposi.

Kat first chatted about collaborating with Tedder on the song in an interview with Ralphie Aversa. She also gave listeners a sneak peek at the anthemic chorus.

Last Friday, Kat premiered the song in full in an exclusive acoustic performance at the Z100 Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee Lounge. Check out her performance of the catchy song, which may be a contender for her next single!
